Joe Bibeau had been telling us how bad the roads were in the area we were going to visit. He had not been back to India for 10 years. When we flew in and started the expected long trek to the GM plant we were visiting... We were pleased to find that they had built a brand new 4 lane highway. Unfortunately, the sheep and water buffalo have the right of way.
