Joe Bibeau relocated to India 13 years ago with his wife Carol to oversee the building and start-up of the first foreign invested car plant. It has been 10 years since he has been here.
We flew Halol, a city where he lived. It is located in Gujarat.. a fairly rural region that is rapidly developing today.
Joe was looking for a particular store that used to be in this shopping mall. We never did find the store, but.......
